第一次嘗試做筆管麵,用了繳肉、黑胡椒醬、番茄醬、奶油等等,有點像是他們芬蘭的Lihamakaronilaatikko但是不是通心麵。結果不小心麵放太多,脹到麵差點從肚臍擠出來,不過很好吃的喔~~

This is the first time I tried to cook pasta, I used ground meat, black pepper sauce, ketchup and butter. It's a bit like Finnish cuisine Lihamakaronilaatikko but it's not macaroni. But I put too much pasta which makes pasta almost squeeze out from my navel! Anyway, it's not bad for a novice.





第二次嘗試做奶油鮪魚義大利麵,我覺得口味比較清淡但是也很好吃,相較於第一次做的麵我比較喜歡清淡一點的口味

The second time I tried butter-tuna pasta. It's more light, not as greasy as first time, I think it's pretty tasty!





很久沒做炒飯了,不過我的鍋子實在是太小了,根本就攪不均勻啊,但是放上這張照片讓我突然好想回台灣吃東西,嗯再忍一下就過去了,我回去一定要大吃特吃啊啊啊!!!

It's been a long time without making fried rice, but my pan is so small that I couldn't even stir the ingredient and rice nicely. This picture reminds me Taiwanese food, BIG TIME!





這是還沒有用壽喜醬之前做的滑蛋肉片飯,有用壽喜醬真的差很多,飯會變得很好吃,而且不會像這樣看起來有點噁心...

This is fried pork with scrambled eggs without Sukiyaki sauce. It matters a lot cuz Sukiyaki sauce makes the rice really awesome! And the most vital thing is that the food will be way better than this picture, haha...





有時候真的很想念台灣菜,就自己做肉燥飯,但是我也不會滷蛋,只好將就著用煎蛋捲來代替囉!!

Sometimes I really miss Taiwanese cuisine, so I cooked rice with minced pork sauce with egg rolls.





雖然現在的草莓還不是最甜的,但是已經很漂亮了! 我把草莓切片,然後灑上糖粉,就是很可口的點心了,這裡聽說夏季草莓又大又甜又便宜,現在的草莓也很漂亮,整顆都紅通通的,讚!!

Though I was told strawberries are not very sweet at the moment, but they are truely pretty already! We sliced them into pieces and sprinkled sugar on them, trust me, it became really good dessert!! The strawberry will be more prettier and sweeter in summer time, I'll definitely try it another time!
